ClearPathNYC revolutionizes how young adults access social wellness resources in a fashion that empowers their personal journey along the way!

We are an independent volunteer run 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that helps houseless, at-risk young adults, and those phasing out of foster care find the resources they need.

Our free-to-use ClearPathNYC Portal helps young people find, filter, and apply to programs designed to elevate them from potential homelessness and build a better life.

These resources include: shelters, mental wellness services, food resources, academic support, workplace skills, maps of public facilities, and more!
