At ClearPathNYC, our mission is to revolutionize access to social wellness resources for young people in New York City, ensuring they can easily find housing, food assistance, healthcare, education, and support services.

We are committed to eliminating barriers to socio-economic stability, empowering youth to navigate their personal journeys with dignity and confidence.
